“Canada Resident Rates” Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Overview. These terms detail the terms and conditions of our Canada Resident Rates Offer.

2. Applicability/Offer Details.

2.1. Canada Residents will receive 5%, 10%, or 15% off their retail voyage fare on all new bookings purchased on an eligible voyage starting at 12:01 a.m. local U.S. East Coast time on 25 March 2025. When booking, the Sailor must enter the Access Key provided during checkout to receive the offer. The discount level to be applied to each Eligible Voyage depends on various market factors and will be routinely reassessed.

2.2. The Canada Resident Rates Offer is applicable to select sailings on any of our Lady Ships and cannot be used for chartered sailings. The reduced 5%, 10% or 15% off the retail voyage fare will be applied at the time of booking and must be booked in Canadian dollars.

2.3. At the time of booking, the Sailor must enter the following Access Key during checkout to receive the offer: CADRATE. The offer is not automatically applied to any booking meeting the requirements. For First Mate bookings on Firstmates.com or through verified third-party booking engines, the promotional code will be visible to the First Mate when selecting an eligible voyage, and this will be a manual add-on, meaning that the promotional code must be selected by the First Mate for the offer to be applied to the booking.

2.4. The Canada Resident Rates Offer applies to the following Eligible Cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Limited View Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Sea View, Social Insider, and Insider cabins only.  

2.5. Canada residency may be evidenced by a passport, drivers license, or utility bill showing residency in Canada upon check-in at the Terminal.

3. Exclusions/Caveats.

3.1. The Canada Resident Rates Offer is combinable with select public promotional offers and is not transferable. As of 7 October 2025, Base, Essential and Premium fare bookings are eligible for this promotion. All Eligible Voyages are subject to Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies.

3.2. The Canada Resident Rates Offer is only for paid bookings at full fare. Sailors traveling under the Voyage Vacation Program, Casino Player Program, First Mate Rates, Interline Rates, or a reduced-fare Access Key are not eligible for this offer. The Canada Resident Rates Offer is not combinable with Tour Operators or any of our Group / Circles programs.

3.3. Savings and Separability. Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to operate contrary to applicable law. If any provision of these terms and conditions are or are determined at any time to be contrary to or unauthorized by applicable law, then such provision shall not be applicable or performed or enforced, except to the extent permitted by law, provided that, in such event, all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect.

3.4. Virgin Voyages reserves its right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.
