Tromso
Tromso, located just above the Arctic Circle, puts on a spectacular show of northern lights during the winter. Darkness vanishes in the summer when the city is illuminated by the midnight sun. But no of the time of year, the city's adorable fishing villages, thundering waterfalls, and constricting fjords will enchant you. Join the locals for a concert in the Arctic Cathedral or dance to techno and electronica at the yearly Insomnia Festival to experience the vibrant music scene in Tromso.
