Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1 – Belize City & Burrell Boom

Welcome to Belize! Arrive in Belize City and transfer to your hotel near the peaceful village of Burrell Boom. Settle in and enjoy the lush tropical surroundings before your adventure begins.

Day 2 – Lamanai

Cruise along the New River Lagoon to the ancient Maya city of Lamanai, one of Belize's most impressive archaeological sites. Explore magnificent jungle ruins with a local guide before returning to your hotel to relax by the pool or spot local wildlife.

Day 3 – Burrell Boom to San Ignacio

Visit the Community Baboon Sanctuary to observe endangered black howler monkeys in their natural habitat. Continue to a local women's cooperative to learn traditional Maya pottery and tortilla-making before travelling to the vibrant town of San Ignacio.

Day 4 – Xunantunich

Discover the spectacular Maya ruins of Xunantunich, perched high above the Mopan River. Climb the towering El Castillo pyramid for breathtaking views before enjoying free time to explore San Ignacio or join an optional excursion.

Day 5 – San Ignacio

Enjoy a full day at leisure. Choose from optional adventures including cave exploration, canoeing, river tubing, or discovering the region's incredible wildlife and natural beauty.

Day 6 – San Ignacio to Caye Caulker

Travel back to the Caribbean coast before taking a ferry to the laid-back island of Caye Caulker. Explore the island on a guided cycling tour and soak up its relaxed atmosphere and colourful local culture.

Day 7 – Caye Caulker

Spend the day at leisure enjoying island life or join an optional sailing and snorkelling adventure to Hol Chan Marine Reserve, home to vibrant coral reefs, tropical fish, rays, and sea turtles.

Day 8 – Caye Caulker

Relax on the island or choose another snorkelling adventure on the Belize Barrier Reef. This evening, celebrate your journey with a farewell dinner at a popular local restaurant.

Day 9 – Depart Belize

Your Belize adventure comes to an end today. Depart Caye Caulker and transfer to the airport for your onward journey home.
