NOTE REGARDING TRAIN TRAVEL:
Guests are travelling with a flexible train ticket and will therefore travel at their own leisure, with the flexibility of choosing their preferred train/times. Guests will always need to check train times prior to travel as schedules vary and different routes are available. Guests will always need to check their selected journey as some trains may include a changeover (depending on train/time chosen by client). Train times will be published up to 3 months in advance.

DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN DUBLIN
Welcome to Dublin! Upon arrival at the airport, take the Dublin Airlink bus to reach your centrally located hotel. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure exploring this exciting city. Framed by mountains, centered on a river and edged by a beautiful bay, the city’s streets and alleys are filled with vibrant art and historic buildings, hip cafés and traditional “old man” pubs, as Dubliners call them. Overnight in Dublin.

DAY 2 DUBLIN
After breakfast, take a Hop On Hop Off bus tour of Dublin (included). Enjoy the live and multilingual commentary as you travel through the city. Choose to hop off at one of Dublin’s most famous attractions, like the Guinness Storehouse, visit Trinity College, or visit a hidden gem like the EPIC Museum and discover Ireland’s emigration history.

DAY 3 TRAIN TO CORK
Depart Dublin today by rail for Cork City. Enjoy the stunning views of the Irish countryside on the peaceful 3-hour journey. Upon arrival in Cork, check into your city centre hotel and enjoy the afternoon at leisure. Pleasantly compact, friendly and with a wry sense of humour, the city does things its own way, which makes a break here feel totally unique. Enjoy a gig in a beautiful, converted church, explore an eerie 19th century gaol or go on a whirlwind tour of traditional tastes at the food mecca of the English Market. Overnight in Cork.

DAY 4 COBH
Breakfast at the hotel, then take a train journey to visit Cobh today, a seaside town with a rich maritime history. A charming, walkable town, Cobh’s tidy size belies its global impact. It was from here that the mighty RMS Titanic last set sail on her maiden voyage; a young girl called Anne Bonny left home and became a Caribbean pirate; and Ellis Island’s very first immigrant, 17-year-old Annie Moore, began her journey. Enjoy a visit to the Titanic Experience (included), the scenic views and the colorful houses along the waterfront. Return to Cork at the end of the day.

DAY 5 TRAIN TO KILLARNEY
After breakfast, depart Cork for Killarney. This short journey will allow you ample time in the afternoon to explore Killarney town and the beautiful National Park. Why not take a traditional horse and cart through the park to the stunning Ross Castle, built in the 15th century and is typical of its style, perched on Killarney’s Lakes. Overnight in Killarney.

DAY 6 RING OF KERRY
Today, enjoy a shared tour of the Ring of Kerry. This tour will take you through the charming towns and villages and iconic landmarks of this world-renowned route in Kerry. Dreamlike landscapes and dramatic coastlines, this is Ireland at its picturesque best! Return to Killarney to overnight.

DAY 7 TRAIN TO DUBLIN
After breakfast, depart Killarney to return to Dublin. Enjoy a final night in Dublin, perhaps by exploring its food culture? The restaurant scene in Dublin is booming. Creative, cool and great craic (fun), the city is fast gaining a reputation as one of Europe’s top cities when it comes to food with elegant wine bar-style eateries, hip neighbourhood favourites and glittering Michelin-starred fine dining hotspots. Overnight in Dublin.

DAY 8 DEPARTURE FROM DUBLIN
Breakfast at the hotel, then take the Airlink bus back to Dublin airport to take your return flight home or extend your stay in Ireland.
