Astoria Column

A 125-foot column which sits atop of Coxcomb Hill overlooking Astoria which was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 2, 1974. Built in 1926, the tower has a 164-step staircase ascending to the top of the observation deck.

Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1 – Vancouver, British Columbia

Welcome aboard Serenade of the Seas! Embark in beautiful Vancouver and settle into your stateroom before departing at 4:00 PM. Spend your first evening exploring the ship's dining, entertainment, and panoramic ocean views.

Day 2 – Day at Sea

Relax and enjoy your first full day at sea. Unwind by the pool, indulge in the spa, sample delicious cuisine, or take part in the ship's many onboard activities and entertainment.

Day 3 – Astoria, Oregon

Arrive at 8:00 AM and discover the charming port of Astoria, one of the oldest settlements on the Pacific Coast. Explore its Victorian architecture, waterfront, museums, and scenic viewpoints before departing at 5:00 PM.

Day 4 – Day at Sea

Enjoy another relaxing day cruising along the Pacific Coast. Take in the ocean scenery, enjoy world-class dining, or simply unwind while making the most of the ship's outstanding amenities.

Days 5–6 – San Francisco, California

Spend two days docked in the iconic city of San Francisco. Visit famous landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, Alcatraz Island, and the historic cable cars, or explore the city's vibrant neighbourhoods, shopping, and waterfront before departing at 5:00 PM on Day 6.

Day 7 – Day at Sea

Enjoy your final day at sea as you sail south. Relax with spectacular ocean views, enjoy onboard entertainment, or savour one last gourmet meal before your cruise comes to an end.

Day 8 – San Diego, California

Arrive in San Diego at 7:00 AM. After disembarkation, bid farewell to Serenade of the Seas and conclude your memorable Pacific Coastal cruise.
