Explore the Canadian Rockies and attend the Calgary Stampede!
Just because the Canadian Rockies are home to some of the most rugged terrain in North America doesn’t mean you have to rough it! Under brilliantly lit skies, you’ll relish three of the region’s most coveted five-star resorts on this pampering tour of the Canadian Rockies. With overnight stays at the renowned Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, and Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, also known as the “Castle of the Rockies,” you can expect the royal treatment. Majestic views await as you enjoy a guided walk along the turquoise waters of Lake Louise, a peaceful cruise on the gleaming Maligne Lake, and a thrilling Ice Explorer ride through the vast Columbia Icefield – while exceptional creature comforts welcome you back from the wilderness. Balancing the great outdoors with the grand indoors, this Canadian Rockies vacation is the perfect marriage of peaks and pools, conifers and concierge, and sparkling lakes and spas. It’s only fitting to add the “Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth” to your great outdoors Canadian Rockies tour. Break in your boots and break out your cowboy hat for the Calgary Stampede, a “Wild West” festival that tips its Stetson to more than a century of western culture and heritage. Experience traditional dancing, storytelling, and artisan handicrafts and more cultural treasures of the First Nations at the Elbow River Camp. From bucking broncos to daring dishes, the world’s largest rodeo – and one of Canada’s largest music festivals – promises a delicious feast for your eyes, ears, and taste buds. PLUS, your tour includes your choice of excursions in Banff so you can plan your day your way.
