Cerro San Cristobal
Cerro San Cristobal or San Cristobal Hill is the largest green space within the city, however still quite urban. The peak of Cerro San Cristobal can be reached by foot (about a 45-minute hike up) by car or by the funicular of Santiago, once you've reached the peak you will not only find amazing views of the city but also the 14M tall statue of the Virgin Mary at the Sanctuary of the Immaculate Conception. At the base of the hill, you’ll find the Chilean National Zoo, a Japanese-style garden, and two municipal swimming pools.

Ushuaia
Argentina's resort city is called Ushuaia. It is situated on the Tierra del Fuego archipelago, which is home to South America's southernmost point and is known as the "End of the World." The Martial Mountains and the Beagle Channel surround the windswept town, which is built atop a sloping hill. It serves as the starting point for tours and cruises to nearby Isla Yécapasela, sometimes known as "Penguin Island" because to its numerous colonies of penguins.

If you are looking to escape the hustle of the city for a day consider a day trip to explore the Tigre Delta, the bus ride takes about an hour or you can travel the whole way by boat. The best day of the week to go is on a Sunday when the Puerto De Frutos market is open, here you will find vendors offering everything from souvenirs to restored furniture to delicious churros!
