Thank you for your assistance in getting me the prices organized for my trip to Alaska with my daughter Zoe. We had a nice time, did not realize how small these towns we visited were. Went on a couple of tours with mixed results but dealt with Holland America, one walking tour we went on was the Ghosts and Good Time girls of Skagway (which seemed to be a repeating theme in most of these towns LOL). Not much on ghosts but for one in the saloon but the girl who ran this was excellent and the stories of these pioneer women was interesting to say the least.
Anyway we are home, drank the champagne Thank You a lovely treat, we enjoyed it while watching Glacier Bay.

We have dealt with several members of your staff, our most recent HAL cruise on Zaandam was arranged with Melody’s assistance, she was extremely helpful and provided us with exceptional service. We are sorry to hear that she is currently unavailable.
In Melody's absence we have been dealing with Fiona who has gone to extraordinary lengths to help us work our way through the maze of Holland America cancellations, refunds, future cruise credits, and has assisted us with booking some cruises for 2021. Most of our issues were as a result of our experience on the Zaandam/Rotterdam Covid-19 event in South America earlier this year.
We enjoy making our travel arrangements with CruisePlus, it’s nice to meet fellow travelers who also use CruisePlus and have positive comments regarding their experiences with various consultants.
Our thanks to Fiona for her attention to detail, pleasant demeanor and patience in finding answers to our many questions. We look forward to working with Fiona on our cruise requirements going forward.
Today I had an email from HAL telling me I had cruise credits, and along with the refund I received in May, this amounts to all the money I paid to HAL. I will not quibble over the fact that I received $23.77 less in the taxes refund than what I actually paid!
And so I would like to thank you three ladies for all that you did to assist in settling this matter for me. I know this has been a time in your careers that you could never have imagined, but you have always shown skill, patience, and diplomacy, and for that I am most grateful and impressed. Pats on the back to all of you!
Finally, can you please clarify that I still have my $100 deposit and a $350 cruise credit from my last cruise, the latter amount which has to be used by end of November, 2020?
