Paul Gauguin Cruises: Cruise Artfully

Paul Gauguin has one ship sailing primarily in one destination. And, they do it really well! The 332 guest, m/s Paul Gauguin is a premium luxury ship sailing in Tahiti and French Polynesia. They have been doing Tahitian cruises longer than any other cruise line. In 2017, the readers of Travel and Leisure voted Paul Gauguin the #1 Mid-sized Cruise Line, beating out all other ultra-luxury and premium luxury lines. Conde Nast Traveler readers named it #5 for Best Small Ship Cruise Line.

When you sail unhurried itineraries to the beaches, reefs, and villages of some of the most beautiful islands on the planet, you have no choice but to be relaxed and casual. Leave the ties and evening gowns at home. “Country club casual” passes for evening wear.

As one of the most exclusive cruise lines in the world, Paul Gauguin offers one-of-a-kind journeys into the exotic waters of Tahiti and French Polynesia. When you’re ready to experience the decadent difference of a Paul Gauguin cruise, contact CruisePlus… your leader in luxury vacations.

Truly Tahitian

The ship embraces its destination. The itineraries feature multiple days in the famous South Sea paradises of Tahiti, Bora Bora, and Moorea. There is a private beach experience on Bora Bora. The 10 and 11 day itineraries include the idyllic Tuamotu Islands, including a private island call. You’ll be humming “Bali Hai” the whole trip.

The ship’s suites and staterooms are generously sized, 70% of which have verandas or balconies. Veranda staterooms and suites, (category B and up), have butlers. The ship had its drydock in spring, 2017 and is in great shape.

Cuisine onboard is directed by Parisian chef Jean-Pierre Vigato, a member of Relais et Chateaux. Fresh catch is a common theme on the menu. There are three dining venues, ranging from very relaxed to gourmet fare.

You are on this cruise for the sun, the movie-set islands, and the sparkling water. Paul Gauguin adds the fun of a complimentary Watersports Marina. Here’s your chance to try out paddle boarding, windsurfing, or kayaking.

With premium-luxury pricing, the fares include complimentary beverages throughout the ship, including select wines and spirits. Unless specifically stated, fares also include roundtrip airfare between Los Angeles and Tahiti, plus the transfers and hotel dayroom use to match flight schedules. Gratuities are included, though shore excursions and nominal port fees are extra.

With Paul Gauguin, you get Paradise delivered daily. Grab your flip flops and enjoy!
