On all occasions, we felt warmly received, and any and all questions that we had were efficiently handled and responded to, without any sense of pressure. We were also impressed with the enthusiasm each person seemed to have for their job and for our call. Hi Candius! Our trip was amazing. The stay at the Novotel was great. It is, as you likely know, located only 1/2 block from George Street(the main artery taking you anywhere you want to go in Sydney), about two blocks from Chinatown, and two blocks from the train station for travelling out of Sydney to visit, for example, the Blue Mountains or the wine country. Except for a train trip to Katumba (the centre for seeing the Blue Mountains) we walked everywhere.
The cruise was all we had hoped for. The first part – the Great Barrier Reef leg – is a bit of a long on-board stretch up to Darwin, but the scenery is amazing and the port stops are a bit of break. We took Holland America tours on Bali and Java – both were focused on historical sites (temples, palaces) and were very interesting. We loved our stay in Singapore, but have to admit the price of things there took us a bit by surprise. The Hotel was good – the the rooms are showing their age a bit (but we weren’t in them very long anyway!) Again, it was in the best location, and Christmas is celebrated big time there (I’d highly recommend it as a time to visit!!) And thank you so much for the gift we received on board the ship!! You did a great job for us.

We would like to say thank-you to you both for helping to make this trip one that we will always remember. Your professionalism, friendliness and always being there for us – and we definitely pestered you with many questions. Everything went smoothly. It was a good move upgrading to Premier Rouge, made the nine hour flight much more enjoyable. Hotel Aphrodite was a good choice; location is perfect; our room was lovely (think we must have been upgraded because it was a large room with a huge bathroom and a Jacuzzi tub). Don’t know if you people had anything to do with this or it was because I had sent them an email…. in any event it was perfect. We enjoyed our whirlwind day in Rome and a very hectic ten days on the cruise. We have no hesitation passing on tips, etc to future people taking this cruise. Again, thank you both very much. I have no doubt we will be recommending your company and booking a trip in the future. (as a matter of fact friends of ours have already booked a Caribbean cruise in November
